Demmin Nass
Demmin Nass was one of Darken Rahl’s most trusted men. A large bald headed man with incredible strength which is shown in his first appearance in the series in episode 7 “Identity” where he was sent to the ancient city of Kalabra to dig up the second Box of Orden. Shortly upon arriving at the mine he locates the Seeker in his tent and enters into a sword fight seemingly defeating him and throwing him with a one hand across the room, proving his tremendous strength. However, the person he fought was not the true Seeker but an impostor and he was defeated upon the true Seekers arrival, none the less he managed to escape with his life and the second Box of Orden. His next and final appearance was in episode 10 “Sacrifice” where he was sent to a prison deep in the forest to transfer a thought to be dead Denee Amnell, who was actually expecting a child and thus being held prisoner in a D’Haran prison. Upon arrival though he learns that another Confessor has rescued her comrade and sets after them with a garrison of men. The next day his garrison faces off against five Confessors and the Seeker. They are defeated easily, Kahlan Amnell confesses Demmin Nass along with his surviving men. He met his demise shortly after along with the rest of his men against the confessed Wizard of the First Order Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander.
