Confessor Competition

COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED

We have a mix of fans at LegendoftheSeeker.org, some of you were brought here by watching the television series, others by reading the books; and some just by stumbling in by accident. However you came to be here, what's important is what we do for you while you're sticking around.

We are giving away a copy of Confessor (that's the last book in the Sword of Truth series in case you didn't know) and all you have to do is spill. Your secrets that is.

In honour of the Confessors whose task it is to find truth (amongst other things), we want you to tell us your secrets, confess them as it were. They can be as humorous or as heart-wrenching as necessary - the only condition is that they have to be true.

The person who sends in the best secret will be named winner and will receive a copy of Confessor by Terry Goodkind.

What's the catch? There is none. Really. Just pop us an email with your secret and the best one (as deemed by Teesee) will be selected winner. It's that simple.

How to enter


  1. Think of your secret.

  2. Write your secret down in an email.

  3. All submissions must be sent to competitions@legendoftheseeker.org to be a valid entry.

  4. Once you have submitted a confession(s), you will receive an email informing you that your submission has been successful. The decision of the winner will be made after the closing date 28.09.09 and the winner will be notified after this date.

  5. You may enter more than once; but each secret has to be different.



Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants may enter more than one secret, but they must use the same email address for all submissions.

  2. Participants must be 16 years or older.

  3. This competition is open to all users and visitors of the webiste and forums - this includes Moderators and Super Moderators.

  4. The admin of http://www.legendoftheseeker.org has the final decision on naming the winner.

  5. The closing date for the competition is Monday 28th September 2009 23:59:00 GMT. Any entries made after this date will not be considered.

  6. The winner will be notified by email address supplied upon entry.

  7. No part of the prize may be exchanged for a cash alternative or any other prize.

  8. The prize is a paperback UK edition of Confessor by Terry Goodkind

  9. If the advertised prize is not available, a suitable alternative may be used instead at
    either equal or higher value. But not below.

  10. This competition is run by Teesee of http://www.legendoftheseeker.org. Any questions, please contact us.

  11. The prize will be sent out within 30 days of the closing date specified in point 5, but we cannot guarantee delivery time or successful delivery.

  12. The winner will need to provide a valid residental address in order to receive the prize. Such details between winner and http://www.legendoftheseeker.org will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

  13. The admin of http://www.legendoftheseeker.org may change the terms and conditions set out here at any point if necessary.
