What is the Mailbag?

What is the Mailbag?

The Mailbag is a collection of questions sent in by you - that's you reading this right now - which is then answered by me, that's Teesee. My aim is to read and answer a whole bunch of questions every week, ranging from the obvious such as Legend of the Seeker, to the interesting and much loved Sword of Truth Books - to the complete random questions like what colour my living room is.

It's pale green in case you were interested. I'll give you that one for free.

Isn't this the same as the FAQ section?

Well no. Firstly, the FAQ doesn't exist anymore. While it was live, the FAQ section amassed over 900 questions. And with a database of questions that large, it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep things fresh and relevant. Older but equally important questions were being buried under newer ones and the same things were being asked over and over.

The main difference between the Mailbag and the FAQ section is with the Mailbag, I'll be answering a set amount of questions and publishing them as a feature on a weekly basis - or bi-weekly depending on the amount of questions asked.

This does mean that not all the questions will be answered, but the quality of the questions and answers being published will be significantly higher - which can only be a good thing.

Why should I send in my question to you?

By asking questions, you are helping others who are wanting to find out the same answers as you. By sharing your thoughts, you are motivating other's to think about things which they may not have thought of before. By passing along knowledge you are helping create a site which is worthy of reading and visiting.

The Mailbag is what you make it, so go on, ask a question and make someone happy.
