Even more new images

What I notice here for the first time (havn't seen many good images tbh) is that richards eyes are brown, unlike in the book.
Most likely I won't notice this when I'm watching the series, and it won't bother me, but it kinda sprung out at me just now.
Other then that though, all I can say is AWSOME casting, the looks of the actors come very, very close to what I picture the character looking like.

I've read varying opinions on the casting choices, some say - yes! Exactly as I imagined Richard. Others say, not big enough, wrong colour eyes, too young looking, etc.

All I can say is, he must have done something right to have been offered the part. As the books have such a major following, I'm sure there were no shortages of potential "Richard's". And yes, they could have made Craig Horner wear contact lenses, or changed the eyes in the promo shots, or use special effects etc, but it doesn't really bother me either way. The colour of his eyes doesn't affect the telling of the story. It's only because his eyes were mentioned so much in the books as being grey, fans just want the colour to be the same in the tv series. And who can tell the colour of eyes anyway when it's on TV

I quite like the first impressions of the actor portraying Richard. Just my thoughts.
