Just keep e-mailing Disney-ABC and Syfy. Don't let up. Get everyone to. Get as many people as you can to do this. Seek supporters on Facebook and Twitter. Get their butts in action. Maybe we can pull this out in the bottom of ninth.
Disney-ABC must be encouraged to sell.

The people who support the Seeker are growing by the numbers. Too many of them watched the program in alternate ways on the computer. The lack of publicity and poor programming on various television stations have hurt it. People in many cases just luckily happen on the LOTS...that's how I discovered it. But, at any rate, my friends and I would like to save this great program.

If international ratings are checked I believe there would be a rethink about this decision. Please I plead on behalf of the Africans let this show continue it's really making sense.

I was just saying to myself how excellent this season was and I was looking for a vehicle to speak with kindred spirits in our love for a great show. I am saddened to read that LoTS might not be renewed for a third season. ABC can't let this happen. I watch the morning news on WB or what ever it is called nowadays and I have not seen a single promo for the show, basically dooming it for possible cancellation. Do what is right, give the show to another channel that will promote and give it the attention it deserves.

This show is great, I don't know why a network isn't picking it up, the networks that have it now should pick it up, don't start a show if you don't intend on letting it finish it's run. It's not the ratings that is holding it down, it's the networks. Come forward, I thought for sure syfy would pick it up, this kind of show fits right up their alley. Lets fight for it, write those letters to the networks etc..

i can not believe this show is cancelled. i seriously do not understand the way of the world today. if it isn't reality shows, or other boring mess, it gets cancelled. i am completely sick and tired of this. why syfy didn't buy is beyond me. i don't understand the process. first, where i am in the world, the scheduled time was pitiful. there was NO advertisement for it. i actually found the show from a link a friend on myspace put up last year. i found it on hulu then did research to find a network in my area that carried the show. it changed 4 times in one season. how do you expect a show to do well without the promotion. ABC is INFAMOUS for doing this to good shows that people actually want to watch. i have sent emails about another show in the past but it was cancelled even though many, many people wanted it to stay on. so, good going ABC! you totally messed fans over once again by cancelling a show that is fabulous! keep showing the crap you have.. you obviously have a taste for that anyway!

This show is brilliant i cant belive that its getting canceled and cant understand why scyfy havent snapped it up scfy show it in the uk so why cant they save it im fed up of getting in to american shows just for them to be canceleed after 1 or two seasons ive lost count of how many shows that have done well over here but been cancelled cos they dont get ratings in the states maybe they could realease it over here and just reralease it on dvd in states or just put straight on dvd and would also love to see a ps3 game

I love this show. Like most, stumbled upon this show by chance. Since then, I never missed an episode.

I was destroyed when I heard this show was canceled. Well, not literally.

LoTS has it all, and still manages to surprise me episode after episode.

Bad advertising is definitely to blame. I have only watched this show live on a Sunday, rest of the time, it's recorded by my DVR. I would blame timeslot too. I feel like a part of me is moving on.

I can only hope another network picks this show up.

Man talk about depressing, Firefly, Spartacus blood and sand(lead actor got lukemia may not be back ever) and now legend of the seeker seems to be getting the axe, i dont watch many shows but it seems like my favorites are always getting canceled. Why lame ass shows like the kardashians, american idol, and all the other total crap stay on the air over quality shows is beyond me, i guess when you can make a cheap reality show that all the stupid kids watch then you dont need the good stuff, FUCK abc

Keep the show on and give to syfy on a silver platter for any price SyFy is willing to pay for it. Don't make it expensive meet their needs. To help our needs to keep Legend of the Seeker.

Also heard that although tribune dropped Legend of the seeker,disney is still on board for season 3 so far. An insider has reportedlysaid the alphabet network ABC is keen to bring the show back for a third season, with bosses "exploring their option" for how and where to air the new run

this is a big dissappointment for the fans and they dont deserve to see the best fantasy show on tv be eliminated,i dont know about it being the greatest ever fantasy series but it is definitly in top 5. since i started watching LOTS i have tried overand over again to look for a fantasy series that is as intense and as action packed as it. i even tried other genre of series but i tell you nothing is like legend of the seeker. closest was Merlin. well that is not the point, the point is if LOTS ABC will lose lots of viewer and they will regret it(well we hope they will). lets use all pray and fast that it doesnt get to this.

I just want to say that legend of the seeker is the best show right now.I really don't understand why they would cancel a show that great. When all I see on tv now are these stupid reality tv shows on and. For some reason they r still playing them.if they can't make a season 3 then try and make a movie to finish it for us fans who love this wonderful show that made my Saturdays wonderful.I would have loved it if syfy would have bought the show that would have been great.

The Legend of the Seeker is one of the best show on television. The quality of "Seeker" is outstanding. It is one of the few reasons I choose to watch television. Please reconsider cancelling the show. The fan base continues to grow, it seems foolish to pull the plug now.

This is BS ABC! This is a well written show that has more surprises than I've seen on a show in a long time! Are you pulling it because it's too good? ABC you better renew the season or I'm going to kick each one's executives a*sses, one by one, wizard style! It's very entertaining!!! Most of us are tired of the COP/CSI shows...."Seeker" rules by far....however I can always go back to playing computer games........RENEW "LEGEND OF THE SEEKER"!

In Italy we are still watching season 1, but network has flooded season 2: all my friends demand for more.
Do more marketing, use prime time, you'll spread like wildfire across fantasy fans.
The LOTR Hobbit is still too far away: there is a wonderful gap to be fullfilled

No offence, but is there really anyone in here that actually read the books? \"Legend of the seeker\" is a huge disappointment in my opinion and isn\'t worth the time to watch, much less worth saving. It sucks big time and seeing as how it\'s been canceled after just 2 seasons kind of proves my point. All the LotS-fans out there can sit down, read the books and enjoy the world of Westland as it was meant to be enjoyed; In text and not in some half-serious, low budget TV show.

Making movies or TV series based on huge fantasy books doesn\'t work unless your name is Peter Jackson and you have an almost unlimited budget. I\'m not saying the LotR movies were the best I ever saw, seeing it as how I\'ve read those books as well and thinking about all the stuff that were left out that made the books so much better, but the principal still stands. Without a huge budget and at least semi-known actors, you can\'t do anything but crap. In this case I\'m a fan of Terry Goodkind, not of Sam Raimi.

20,000$ isn't nearly enough for flights in and out of new zealand but maybe its enough to mount a local fan production in the States or Canada if you have enough talent voluneteering to do a hacked up 3 part miniseries ;-)

If its serious enough(really talented and passionate film school graduates) I'm sure you can find actors who could use a something for their showreel even if its without pay, same might be for starting VFX artists provided they are enthusiastic about the project. Only problem is getting the licesnse for Terry Goodkind stuff..(I think he was pretty bitter about not being included the current LOTS production)

This is definitely one of the greatest fantasy television productions of all time. The worst thing I can say about the show is that it has had little to know marketing. I happened across it while browsing Netflix and have been hooked ever since.

If someone would just put some money into marketing it I am sure it would be a huge success. Look at the popul;arity of the Lord of the Rings movies....LOTS is not far from that style.

I've read all the books and can't believe how they have brought the characters to life! I have grown very fond of the people chosen to play the main roles: Richard, Kahlan, Zedd and Cara and I really hate to see the show cancelled. Legend of the Seeker’s finale “Tears” was aptly named since fans in Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain and the United States have had wet and weepy eyes ever since we were told this fabulous fantasy series would not be renewed. The last few episodes have literally blown viewers’ minds with astonishing revelations from the past (Cara and Darken Rahl had a child? Omigod!!!!), and tantalizing twists and turns (Whose side is Cara on? Who holds the Box of Orden now? And, how the heck did Richard wrestle the Stone away from Darken anyway?). And , of course, who can forget the season end cliffhanger when our devilish, yet darling, despot Darken Rahl finally caught up with naughty necromancer Nicci. Rub-a-dub-dub, looks like Nicci’s going into the hot tub! Who knew baths could be so dangerous?

I want to thank the talented and hard-working producers, scriptwriters, crew and charismatic cast (Craig Horner, Bridget Regan, Bruce Spence, Tabrett Bethell, and, of course, my personal fave Craig Parker) for taking us along on this epic journey. It was a wild ride. I especially appreciate Mike Sussman listening to Darken’s devoted disciples and bringing the ravishing, red robed Rahl back to roam and rule D’Hara once more! (THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU) The Walter episode was a comic tour-de-force, and the alternate universe episodes (thanks to Zedd’s unpredicatable spells) were share brilliance!

I hope the dream Craig Horner’s mom had about a third season for Legend comes true! Your fans are working for you all. Hope has a warrior!!!!

This show is too great to not have another season! I hope everybody gets a wake-up call or else we will end up watching low quality kinds of shows! More power to the Seeker and all the staffs!

My mom got me HOOKED on this show from the first time I saw an episode. I never miss it, it is a wonderful series and it's refreshing to see one that brings out the old forgotten trust and hope that we put in people as they do in The Seeker. It is truly a great series and am deeply saddened to hear it is being canceled. To not have another season would be a shame. There are not many quality tv series to watch anymore these days. I really hope that we can make a difference.

Keep the story going. I want to see how ABC develops the dreamwalker and Richard needs his Han back to become a war wizard.

Yes, I have read the books. Yes, many things are different/changed/altered/twisted, or just plain left out. Yes, this is not a good thing. Yes, this happens nearly every time a book is turned into a movie or TV series. Unfortunately, the finer points and wonderful nuances that make a great story memorable don't always transfer well to the time driven world of TV series and movies.
(ever read/seen Stephan King's "Needful Things"? Giant shitstorm from hell ending in the book, barely a few firecrackers in the movie!) If you are willing to sacrifice some of the smaller details and allow the writers a little poetic license, you get a great story line with some interesting characters based on the work of a really great author. The fact that the actors obviously enjoy the roles they play is a killer bonus, for us and them.
Bottom line, the movie or series will never be as good as the book, no matter what genre the story is, because what makes books great is the images that we form in our minds as the story pulls us in. Those images are different for all of us. But someone elses interpretation will never live up to our standards, so stop expecting them to! Enjoy this show for what it is, a great story with great characters, beautiful scenery, etc.

I just started watching this show and just watched the first season on Netflix and I am hooked to the Legend of The Seeker . Really kills me that ABC is not bringing it back .

I've come to really enjoy this show and look forward to it on its really late airing time on Sunday nights in my area. I sincerely hope that ABC or another of the networks sees the quality and value in this show and its cast and bring forth a 3rd season. The second season was very good and so much improved over the 1st that not renewing another season would be a crime.

this show is great, have read the novel before and this show actually compliments it. I just happen to watch the season 1 by chance and have been a fan since. I hope ABC would reconsider making the 3rd season. a lot of people do watch it and make effort watching it on alternative ways if its not available in their area. Hope ABC can take a hint on that.

I don't know what will watch if it wont come. i don't think any another or upcoming shows will beat or match with LOTS. I just wish good news come soon about its renewal.

A great show, look for it weekly. ABC has to renew for season 3! Wake up ABC, it isn't the show that is giving you poor ratings. It is the poor marketing of the wonderful show you have. Show your stuff and keep the show alive!

This is the best epic/fantasy show since Xena, please consider another season. I absolutely love the passion, adventure, and romance captured within each episode. I found out about the series just this year and can hardly wait for each week's episode on WGN.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep this show on the air! I love it! It took me a while to find it regularly, but I've since gone back and watched all of Season 1 and caught up on anything I missed in Season 2, and it's SUCH a rich and fun thing to watch. Tolkien rip-off, sure! But the TV series is so beautifully shot and I really like the actors and cinematography and locations. Just a gorgeous thing! I'd miss it SO much if it doesn't go on past Season 2.

please, don't cancel the show. kahlan literally saved my life. i attempted suicide. by watching this show i grew to love myself and love who i am no matter what is thought of me or what i have to sacrifice. bridget regan and kahlan are the one person who showed me what it was like to be a real and true woman. i watch these episodes as a retreat and reminder. please don't take them away.

Hell yeah legend of the seeker is the best we have it on thursday nights in NZ and i don't miss an episode ever!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back!!!!! The Seeker will win, Darken Raul and the Keeper together with their entourage will rot in the underworld, because the seeker will locate t he stone of tears n seal the rift, my concerns and fears are for Kahlen Anabell(Mother Confessor), Cara(the Mord Sith0 and Zeddicuss Zo zarander(The wizard of the first order),whether they will make it at the end.but the creator will return same and every living creature will live in peace.

please save our seeker. this is the best show around. ABC is not to bright if they let it go. there is lots of money to be made on this show. they could make movies like star trek.

I'm not sure those are the originals, I saw one of the mord sith costimes on ebay, it was 2500.00, but I think the others are just merchandise, I still believe that the seeker will be back, we can't give up. The network doesn't really know how much we need our show, and I can't understand why syfy would pass it up, it fits their shows programming perfectly, I wish they would reconsider and pick it up. I am still sending letters, I haven't given up.

I adore this series and sent emails to several talkshows hoping they would book the stars for interviews to get the word out. I left phone messages on all connected media conglomerates comment lines. I really want this series to continue. Please... please dont use Neilsen as the basis of your decision. There are fans all over the world... Look at the Fansites, take that into account. This kind of following should make an impact on your finachial descisons regarding the Legend of the Seeker

I rarely watch TV yet love this show and would be really too bad to see it not have a 3rd season. I find it really entertaining, and would love to see more.

This is seriously my favorite show but its timeslots were garbage. 1am sunday to watch a new episode and reruns were sunday 4pm. I watched a ton of episodes at 1am because its such a good show and those i couldn\'t catch I watched on hulu. I truly hope they bring back this show for many more seasons because it has great quality..

A sad sad day for all Seeker fans. More so a sad sad day for TV watchers! Without the Seeker we are left with pure trash. Too bad that only the voice of money is heard. I will miss the excellant stories and the marvelous cast.

what is wrong with these tv people every time you find something you like to watch they go and cancel it !!!! can't they just leave it alone. i can't believe that abc is that stupid. how could they drop it and what about syfy how could they not pick up the show, are they crazy. i say we boycott abc and syfy.
